Full Service Extended Plan

At Homeworx, our plans start at a flat fee of $499.00 + 1% (or $1500, whichever is greater) to list your home; we still offer the 3% to another realtor to sell your home. Therefore, your home gets the same exposure as all of those 6% listings but you don't pay the 6% price. Even better, if your listing realtor brings you a buyer, we only charge you an additional 2% instead of the 3% we offer to other realtors.

Full Service Enhanced: $499.00 + 2% (or $2000, whichever is greater)
